The HE-SPO-535 (5V) and HE-SPO-335 (3.3V) is the one-time programmable ceramic base surface mount crystal clock oscillator encased in the compact package only 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.0mm. With our proprietary PLL design, our programmable oscillator cuts industry lead times down to 2-3 weeks max. while maintaining superior quality and performance.

The HE-SMO-170/180/190/200 series is the ceramic base SMD clock oscillator with the ability to drive both HCMOS and TTL loads in high-density applications. These oscillators have an industry-standard pin-out spacing and feature a height of only 1.6mm. The HE-SMO-190 product line features the low voltage operation of 3.3V, helping to increase battery life, reduce heat generation, and improve EMI. Now available with stabilities as low as +/- 10 PPM.

The HE-SMO-120H/130H is a high frequency (70 MHz to 125 MHz) plastic molded surface mount oscillator with industry-standard J-leaded pin spacing. Encased in a rugged thermoplastic package, this oscillator is capable of withstanding high-temperature re-flow soldering processes while providing long-term outstanding performance and reliability.

The HE-SMO-130 is the industry-standard plastic molded SMD oscillator with J-Leads, featuring low voltage operation at 3.3 Volts.
