TCXO/VCXO/OCXO

The HEC, INC. highly stable, ultra-miniature TCXO/VCTCXO is one of the most compact trimmer-less TCXO devices with an output of 0.8Vp-p minimum clipped sinewave. This TCXO is only 5 x 3.2 x 1.4 (H) mm, 0.06g, and 0.022 cm3, and is manufactured with a ceramic base and metal lid to assure very good aging characteristics and reliability. HEC offers this device in +/- 2.5 PPM over -30 to +75 Celsius and the ability to withstand IR or vapor phase reflow soldering processes to make this TCXO ideal for your compact and high stability requirements.

The HE-TXO-10C1 is a TCXO (Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator) featuring very tight stability over a wide temperature range. The internal trimmer is a standard feature of the HE-TXO- 10C1 to ensure that the device is tuned precisely to the frequency required. With a maximum height of only 4.7mm, this low profile, standard DIL 14 pin pitch is ideal for many applications such as wireless communications equipment.

The HE-TXO-10A is a TCXO (Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator) featuring tight stability over a wide temperature range. The internal trimmer is a standard feature in the HE-TXO-10A series, which ensures that the TCXO is tuned precisely on to the frequency. In a compact DIL 14 pin package, this TCXO is ideal for many applications including wireless communication equipment.

HE-TXO-007

The HE-TXO-007 features tight stability over a wide temperature range and an internal trimmer as a standard feature, therefore tuning the TCXO precisely onto the frequency required. This device is ideal for applications such as wireless communications equipment due to its low profile packaging (only 4.5mm height max) and standard pitch.

The HE-SVXO-100 series features wide frequency coverage, tight tolerances, and a total of 180 PPM minimum VCXO range, therefore being ideal for applications such as communications equipment, video data compression technology, or PLL circuits which require a wide frequency control range. Encased in the miniature 5mm x 7mm ceramic package perfect for high-density component layouts, the HE-SVXO-100 series is also built to withstand vapor phase or IR solder reflow processes.

The HE-SVXO-200 series offers the VCXO type oscillator with a wide frequency coverage and tight tolerances.
